Helen Zille, Premier of the Western Cape, blasted the leader of the EFF, Julius Malema, on Twitter calling him out on his recent calls for land expropriation and the no-confidence vote against Athol Trollip.
She accused the EFF of "flip-flopping" on matters of national importance.
The Twitter war erupted over a post made by a tweep praising the DA for making sure that Jacob Zuma is charged with corruption.

Briefly.co.za learned that it did not take long for the discussion to descend into issues of race and identity politics with Malema saying that he had no sympathy for white people according to enca.co.za.
This resulted in Zille calling Malema a racist and that it was racism that was behind the EFF's move to remove Athol Trollip.
It didn't take long for tweeps to accuse Zille of being a racist as well.
Other users agreed with Zille.
