Moses Tembe has spoken out about his daughter, Anele Tembe's relationship with the musician. He said that there were many issues between them.

According to IOL Moses did not speak out earlier because he believed that it was not his place to get involved in his daughter's private life.

He explained that Anele would usually open up to her sisters about her private life and felt more comfortable discussing things of that nature with them.

Recently there has been a lot of published in the media over Anele and AKA's relationship. ZAlebs reported that a number of videos have been released which expose AKA's relationship with Anele.

This has resulted in efforts to mute AKA on the radio as investigations continue into the death of Anele. She fell from a balcony in Cape Town and tragically lost her life.

Earlier, Briefly News reported that AKA has, through his lawyers, released a statement to reassure his fans that he is not an abuser as depicted from some leaked videos.

Speaking to TshisaLive, AKA’s lawyer, Rudolph Baloyi, senior associate at Mabuza Attorneys, said he wanted to stop the speculation that AKA is abusive.

According to the publication, the lawyer said that Mr Forbes takes the current events playing out since this past Sunday very seriously.

“It is regrettable that he and his brand are now associated with GBV. However, he assures his fans and the public that he is not a perpetrator of GBV.”

In other news, AKA has taken a much-need temporary break from his sponsorship duties. Supa Mega has taken a step back from his work as the brand partner of Cruz Vodka to deal with his personal staff following the untimely passing of his fiancée Nelli Tembe on 11 April.

The Fela in Versace hitmaker shared that he has engaged with his business partners and they've agreed to give him time to deal with his personal matter.

Daily Sun reports that Mega said he feels it is best that he temporarily steps back from his Cruz Vodka duties as he is still grieving the loss of the love of his life. He said he didn't take the decision lightly but took it after reflecting on the events of the past few days.
