Zodwa Wabantu is known for shrugging off any shade that might be thrown her way, but that doesn't give anyone the right to to call her ugly.
The queen of the dance floor once again took to social media to tell her haters to stop calling her ugly...and rightfully so.
In a video the dance floor slayer uploaded to Instagram, she said:
"I can't change my face, so what do I do? What must I do? Must I sell this face? To whom? All of you don't want it mos? It's my face. Live with it."
In an interview with TshisaLIVE, Zodwa explained why she keeps bringing up the 'ugly face' comments from trolls, despite always saying she couldn't care less.
"People keep on throwing the term ugly in my face. Like I get it already, how many times must I explain that I can't sell or change my face? What do they want me to do about the way they feel about me? Now, I'm just going to block the hate. It's my face and I get money regardless."
Briefly.co.za gathered that Zodwa said she's not catching any feelings after being asked if her haters' harsh words are catching up to her.
Zodwa said she couldn't care less what people said about her face. But, at the same time, the dancer said she was worried her fans, or her son's peers, would tink it's okay to label people ugly.
"It's not that I am hurt, by now I am used to it. Even before fame I was told I am ugly but that doesn't make it okay," she said.
Zodwa said although she's strong enough to deal with it, there are many young people who have to hear the same thing about themselves.
"People want these kids to end up believing that they're ugly but that's not okay. So that's why I am bringing it up on my social media, so that people know it's not cool to keep calling people ugly."
