Tebogo Ditsego, CEO of the award-winning marketing and public relations agency Ditshego Media, has shared how he never gave up after failing to get a job.

Writing on Twitter, he said he applied for a job at a media agency in 2011. Although he succeeded in the interviews, he didn't get it because he didn't have a car.

Tebogo subsequently decided to start his own agency. Six years later, the company that turned him down contracted his agency.

Tebogo explained:

In 2011, I applied for a job in an agency and after three interviews, they were impressed but didn't hire me because I didn't have a car.
I then started @DitshegoMedia. Six years later they contracted us to train their staff members. Never take failure as a reflection of your potential.
