Remember Colly, the Kaizer Chiefs fan who would entertain viewers with his full-kit warm-ups before each game?
Well, make way for the new super supporter on the block- Mamelodi Sundowns fan David ‘Mdeva’ Mashigo.
Mashigo paints himself green for his team, adding he one day asked some guys painting themselves to do the same with his entire body, and he never looked back since.
But, it was not his 'Hulk' look that made him an internet sensations.
During a match between his team and the Orlando Pirates, Mashigo was caught on camera with a hopeless look on his face, probably because the Sundowns were losing 3-1.
But, his hopeless expression made him an internet sensation.
“It was late in the game and I just accepted that we were losing. A few days later, I would get calls from friends to tell me that I was trending,” Mashigo said.
Social media users were loving the defeated look of the father of three, as they immediately spotted an opportunity for a new meme.
