South African soapies have started to touch on subjects effecting the lives of citizens on a daily basis.

For example- The Queen teaches South African women how to spot a trashy man based on actor Fezile Makhanya's character 'Tebogo'.

Fans of the hit Mzansi show knows he does not treat his lady, Kea, who is played by Dineo Moeketsi, like a man is supposed to treat a women.

He is a rich, insecure and abusive man in the story, but poor Kea just can't seem to grasp that her life is in danger.

So, tweeps took to social media to highlight the characteristic of a abusive man. Briefly.co.za gathered four of the best tweets to help women stay cautious against men who are trash.

1. It's never his fault, he had a rough childhood.

2. He is oblivious to his own mistakes, not mention him being a master manipulator.

3. Excuses, excuses, excuses! He has a reason for everything he does, and in most cases the woman is the one who is to blame for his abusive behaviour.

4. He gets on your family's good side and even helps them financially. So, now everyone likes him and they'll suffer if he leaves- what a great way to keep a woman from going anywhere.

Hopefully Kea would realise she's his emotional punching bag and get the heck out of there!
