Tweep shares a #ProudlySouthAfrican video which reflects the untapped talent of our improvised youth

A tweep, @amCossy_SA, shared a video to his twitter feed that shows us just how circumstance cannot hinder us if we do not let them.

The video shows ‘cars’ that children from a township have made from scraps. The ‘cars’ are extremely impressive. They have steering wheels, seats, bonnets that lift and they even have review mirrors.

The video was shared to show that South Africa is flowing with talent, even in the improvised areas. It shows that our youth have what it takes to make something of themselves despite their circumstances.

He captioned the post with #ProudlySouthAfrican and that’s exactly what it is. We need to help harness our youth’s strengths so that they can grow to great heights.
