South African celebs hangout with football fans to support their favourite teams

On Wednesday, South African celebs and football fans gathered at The Park House of Events in Joburg to watch the UEFA Champions League Quarter Final match between Liverpool and Manchester City.

The Heineken House of Drama green carpet was laid out for fans, along with huge HD projectors broadcasting the game.

Famous people attending the game were the like of Minnie Dlamini and football stars like Nasief Morris and Tshepo Masilela.

Channel24 reported Dlamini was supporting her to such an extent that she almost lost her voice.

The 90-minute match was followed by amazing acts, including DJ Capital and Ms Cosmo.

The next quarter-final is set for 10 April in Cape Town, followed by a match in Durban on 2 May.
