Zola Skweyiya, a veteran of the ANC has died at the age of 75.
Although confirmed by his family and senior ANC officials, details around Skweyiya's death are unclear.
Skweyiya spent most of his adult life in the ANC, serving in various capacities during the party's exile years and post democracy, Briefly.co.za gathered.
He served as Minister of Public Service and Administration from 1994 to 1999, and as Minister of Social Development from 1999 to 2009.
