Emtee gives aspiring rapper R100 000

The South African rapper, Emtee, has awarded an up and coming rapper. Lolli , with R100 000. The rapper received the cash as part of his prize for winning Emtee's reality show Rap 4 Me.

The show took its time to come to fruition and will finally hit the screens in association with Gau TV every Tuesday at 20:00.

Rap 4 Me is an attempt to help develop young rappers and the prize money that Lolli, his real name is Luthando Dekeni, received is meant for him to build his career and gain exposure.

Dekeni won after three rounds of performances.

“I feel honoured and grateful for the opportunity. Also happy to have shared a stage with Emtee last night. Been working towards this moment since moving to Gauteng,” said Luthando Dekeni.
