England's future king revealed on Tuesday he has tried Nando's food and enjoyed it. He was reportedly introduced to the peri-peri chicken food by one of his detectives.

Briefly.co.za learned the Prince told Robbie Brozin‚ one of Nando's co-founders, that his police protection officer introduced him to Nando's, which he described as being 'very good'.

“This man here is your biggest fan‚ he’s introduced me to Nando’s. It's very good. He should buy a stake in Nando’s.”, the Prince said at a Commonwealth Heads of Government event in London, pointing to his body guard.

Brozin on the other hand was not surprised that royalty tested his restaurant's food, adding Prince William and his brother were "really accessible".

“I was certain they would have tried it because they’re so accessible‚ they’re people’s people‚ which is so nice”, Brozin said, adding he was very happy they tried it.

Brozin's encounter with the prince took place at a joint session of the Commonwealth Youth and Business Forums, TimesLIVE reported.

The fast-food restaurant mogul said he was there to empower young Commonwealth entrepreneurs by showing them the possible opportunities and reaching out.
