Isma Theron-De Witt had a terrible day at the airport- in her haste to catch the guatrain, she forgot her handbag on the air plane.
However, a police officer named Vincent came to her rescue.
"Meet officer Vincent from SAPS OR Tambo. I think he got the fright of his life tonight when he found this grown ass woman (that would be me) sitting on the airport floor bawling her eyes out. In a rush to catch the gautrain I forgot my handbag on the plane- kind of important."
She explained she was send between counters just to find closed offices and no help.
"Fed up and frustrated I broke down. In public. I had no money, a flat phone, no charger, no cigarettes and no hope. He found me bordering on a anaphylactic reaction, crying and gasping for air, Immediately offered to take me to medical help, and took swift action to help me find my bag."
She said Vincent sat with her to calm her down, and he eventually found her hand bag.
According to Theron-De Witt, he then helped her with travel arrangements after her app failed to work.
"And stayed with me all along. So blessed to have met one of the gems of the SAPS!!! Thanks officer Vincent! Thank you ten million times and more!!!", she said.
