Over the past few episodes of The Queen fans witnessed the unfolding abusive relationship of Tebogo and Kea.
As Briefly.co.za reported previously, tweeps were shocked and emotional after an episode where Tebogo, played by actor Fezile Makanya, brutally assaulted his fiancée Kea.
The scene took viewers on an emotional journey few where ready for. Taking into consideration it's just a soapie, tweeps said it took them back to similar events they witnessed in their own lives.
But, things got out of hand when her mother Harriet, played by Connie Ferguson, found out about the abusive relationships.
Harriet was causing storms ever since she found out, and the situation ended with her putting a bullet in her future son-in-law.
As Tebogo tried to escape Harriet, she shot him. Now, fans have to bid goodbye to the man they loved to hate from the very first time he abused Kea.
Although tweeps slammed his behavior, some felt killing him was not the way to go.
“Revenge often makes us either worse than them or like them. Its never a good route to take #TebogosDeath #TheQueenMzansi”, one tweep wrote.
However, a lot of The Queen fans were glad Tebogo was disposed of. In fact, they praised Harriet and the family coming together to end Kea’s abuse.
