Sidlukotini hit maker, rapper Riky Rick is hitting the high notes in his lifestyle as he builds up a reputation for living the good life, but the latest news is that he wants to tone things down a little.

Briefly.co.za learned that the rapper has a pair of luxury vehicles which sit side by side in his garage.The Mercedes Benz G Wagon, and Ferrari are estimated to cost over 5 million rand when their values are added together.

However, he announced just at a performance that he was going to stop appearances so that he could spend more time with his family.

While the cars are the perfect foil to his fashionable flare and add to the image he carries with him wherever he appears, they aren't the most important thing in his life.

The artist, whose real name is Riky Makhado and is best known for his hit singles, Nafukwa, Amantombazane and Boss Zonke recently announced that he is going to stop performing as much so that he can spend some time with his family.

Last year when he split from his label, they took all his vehicles, but apparently he wasn't too bothered as soon thereafter he bought his Ferrari.

He has also spoken out to those who are struggling, encouraging them not to give up on their dreams.

Regarding he most recent decision to stop touring, he said he needed to focus on his own spiritual and mental well being.

He apologised to fans via his own Twitter account saying he needed to cut back on anything that might take him away from his children.
