Nomthandazo Mabanga starts building her empire with a construction company

Nomthandazo Mabanga is creating a name for herself in a male-dominated industry, construction after she launched her own construction company.

She has dreams of building an empire and is on her way to achieving her dream. At 23 she resigned as brand ambassador to open a hair salon.

"I started my business from nothing and I worked hard to build my salon. I later ventured into retail until I earned myself a boutique," she said.

La Chic Labro Boutique, her business is located in the East Point shopping centre in Boksburg.

Briefly.co.za learned that she also helps build upcoming businesses by using her skills and talents to help others succeed according to the sowetanlive.co.za.

That is no all she is building. With her construction company added to her portfolio, she has expanded her empire and has already secured some good contracts.

"We have landed a deal to refurbish municipal buildings. My dream with this building refurbishment business is to have more women doing it," she said.

She was surrounded by powerful women when she was young. Her grandmother raised her while he mother worked and her gogo taught her to be strong and responsible.
