- The beloved people of Wakanda from the recently hugely successful Black Panther film feature heavily in the next instalment of the Marvel Avengers franchise
- South African celebrities are encouraging fans to show Avengers: Infinity War (Part 1) almost as much love as they showered on Black Panther’s theatrical release
- The movie brings together all the various parts of the Marvel Cinematic Universe including Guardians of the Galaxy, Avengers, Thor, Dr Strange and the recent characters from Black Panther
Briefly.co.za gathers that South African celebs are inspiring fans to cosplay the showings of Avengers: Infinity War at cinemas across the country much as they did when Black Panther hit the big screen.
Some of those putting their best foot forward were Moshe Ndiki, DJ Zinhle, Takkies, and Thick Leeyonce who showed off their best Avengers-inspired outfits ahead of the film's release on freedom day.
Described as "an unprecedented cinematic journey ten years in the making and spanning the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe", Marvel Studios’ “Avengers: Infinity War” will see all the heroes from the Marvel franchise come up against the ultimate foe in the form of Thanos.
Of course, without giving too much away, the usual twist and turns show a conflicted hero as a master villain.
Thanos is obsessed with saving the universe at all costs. To do so, he will, however have to destroy much of the same Universe he is seeking to save.
Although that might sound very complicated, but reviewers have assured fans that the great thing is no knowledge of the other films released over the past 10 years is needed to understand the film.
Just don't forget fam, it's a Marvel movie, so don't be kicking too early and missing the post credit scenes.
