Bank repo men allegedly visited the home of Nonkanyiso Conco's residence recently to repossess a Toyota Corolla. Conco is former President Jacob Zuma's fiancée.
According to Sunday World, Wesbank sent the repo men to Conco's address in Zimbali, Durban, about three weeks ago.
The paper cited documents in its possession that allegedly show Conco being in car instalment arrears of almost R25,000.
25-year-old Conco, who graduated a with diploma in journalism from Rosebank College, reportedly financed the car in April 2017 for R203,969
The documents reportedly show that she last paid her monthly instalment of R4,748 in November last year.
Conco was not available for a comment. A Wesbank spokesperson said the bank is not at liberty to discuss bank-client relations. Former President Zuma was also unreachable.
Not her first car.
According to a banking source, Conco informed them that she had not paid the instalments because her mother was using the car in Matatiele, Eastern Cape.
Conco also reportedly owns a Mercedes-Benz C300, which she purchased a month before financing the Toyota Corolla.
Conco confirmed media reports about three weeks ago that she was engaged to be married to Zuma.
