After scoring a goal each on Sunday, May 6 El Clasico showdown, Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo took their tallies to another landmark.
Messi has scored 551 goals for Barcelona while his rival, Ronaldo, has netted 449 under his belt for Real Madrid in all competitions.
Both attackers now have a combined goal tally of 1,000 between them, as they have continued to dominate domestic and world football.

The Portuguese captain has scored 298 with his right, 81 with his left, 69 with his head and one with other body parts.

Ronaldo has 193 away goals while Messi has 218 but both stars have scored more home games as they have 243 and 317 respectively.

Messi has scored 138 goals in the last 15 minutes of a match while Ronaldo has struck 99 in that same period.
