- Pamela Anderson rose to fame in the 90s with her role as CJ Parker on Baywatch
- She is 50 years old
- She is currently dating soccer player Adil Rami
Those who grew up in the Baywatch era will remember one blonde and bubbly lifeguard, in her skimpy red swimming costume, who most men dreamed would rescue them one day.
Pamela Anderson rose to fame with her role as CJ Parker on the television show Baywatch. Today things look quite different for the star. In her time, she has launched a foundation, made guest appearances on various shows and is currently dating footballer Adil Rami.
The actress seems to have turned her attention to doing good and launched the Pamela Anderson Foundation. The foundation focuses on protecting vulnerable women and children and helping the environment.
In 2017 she returned to Baywatch in a cameo performance and also made a guest appearance in the new show All Round to Mrs Brown. She has even been interviewed by Piers Morgan for one of his episodes of Life Stories.
A beauty and her love life
It would be too easy for this star to have an uncomplicated live life. She has been linked to many big names over the years, including Tommy Lee, Kid Rock and Rick Solomon. Tommy Lee is the father of her two boys, Brandon Thomas Lee and Dylan Jagger Lee.
Lately she has been paired with Julian Assange, founder of WikiLeaks and Vladimir Putin. But the star is adamant that she is just friends with Asange and doesn't speak much of Putin.
The actress adds that although she loved Assange, she is in love with footballer Adil Rami. Briefly.co.za gathers that only she seems to know the difference.
Saying goodbye to Hef
Pamela is believed to have viewed Hugh Heffner as her mentor and attributes her successful career to his support. It was believed that she became Hef’s favourite playmate in 1989 after her first cover.
At his funeral she was seen to be crying and whispering “goodbye Hef”. In a glowing tribute to him she commented that
"I'm in such deep shock. But you were old, your back hurt you so much. Last time I saw you, you were using a walker. "You didn't want me to see. You couldn't hear. You had a piece of paper in your pocket you showed me - with my name Pamela with a heart around it. Everything anyone loves about me is because you understood me. Accepted me and encouraged me to be myself.... You loved my boys ... You were always, always there for us. With your love, your crazy wisdom. I will miss your everything. Thank you for making the world a better place."
