Bonang buys fan an Xbox, reminds South Africa of her generosity

Bonang Matheba is a superstar in every sense. Not only is she loved by thousands of fans for her sparkling personality, she has gained many followers with her generous heart.

Recently a fan took a shot in the dark and asked her to buy him an Xbox. To the fan's utter surprise Queen B said yes - if he could get 3 000 retweets.

The fan set to work on getting those retweets and although many people thought nothing would come of it, Bonang kept her promise. She bought him the XBox One - worth over R7 000.

The astounded fan took to social media to thank his idol.

Bonang sweetly replied:

Although many people would call it "a waste of money that could have been better spent", Bonang made her fan happy and once again showed South Africa that she's more than just a pretty face - she has the heart of a goddess.

One fan tried his lucky after word got out of Bonang's latest generous act. Queen B decided that this time she's have to refuse. Kindly, of course.
