RCB started the week knowing they would have to win each of their last five matches to have any hope of qualifying for the IPL playoffs.

Briefly.co.za gathered that SRH have proved to be the class side of this year’s tournament and have already qualified for the playoffs.

The team led by Kane Williamson has only lost three matches and have proved to be a bogy side for all the teams.

RCB is considered one of the glamour teams of the tournament, but are perennial underperformers.

The win moves RCB to 12 points equal with three other teams.
