Stock theft suspects arrested after cramming 6 sheep into a Tazz

Just when you think you have heard everything, then this happens! Cathcart, Eastern Cape, two people are arrested after been caught with six sheep crammed in their car.

Aside from the completely horrific act of animal cruelty, the two were linked to cattle theft.

Reportedly, conducting patrols, police officers came across the Toyota Tazz. It did not take long for them to comprehend this heinous act. The car was loaded to the brim with sheep.

Briefly.co.za gathered that the suspects have been charged with theft and will appear in the Cathcart Magistrates Court.

The South African Police did confirm the incident via a tweet on Sunday. This occurred in a small town between Stutterheim and Queenstown, called Cathcart

This is definitely not something that Police officers encounter on the daily, but nonetheless, it is a serious crime of theft and animal abuse and justice will be served in court.
