Molefi Monaisa is the South African actor who plays the role of Wallet, a former actor who has travelled the world and often boasts about his adventures in New York on SABC1 soapie Skeem Saam.

His character is one that keeps people glued to the screen and coming back for more. He is a legend in his own right.

That dreaded written warning is something we all picture ripping up and then expressing to your bully boss what he can do with it, right? But that is only a fantasy, as we all know it is easier said than done. But Skeem Saam Wallet finally did it, he was literally #EmployeeGoals.

Briefly.co.za learnt that the reason Wallet received a written warning was he attended a photoshoot during working hours. This shoot was for a competition.

Wallet is very passionate about his model aspirations and was having a blast at his new bestie, Charles Kunutu’s tuck shop.

To his dismay, Mr Kgomo was ready and waiting for his return and issued him with a written warning.

Wallet was not going to hold back. He gave Mr Kgomo a mouth full reminding his boss of his capabilities and was tired of Mr Kgomo taking him for granted. This is something most people only dream of doing.

Wallet is #EmployeeGoals because:

1. He was bold enough to verbalise what was on his mind.

2. His poise, delivery or eloquence was flawless.

3. He recognises his worth as a person as well as an employee.
