One thing that is not common is a dog, in this particular case an adorable puppy. This is because many people assume that with the 'no eating' rule on taxi's many believe that this includes 'no pets'.

Thabo 'Sir Bluebird' Mafisa decided to test this rule and took his puppy, Cuba Bluebird, for a 'walk'.

His mission was success and taxi drivers don't really mind people bringing their pets on board, as long as they behave much like the passengers.

In one of his tweets, Mafisa, recalls an unpleasant incident with a taxi, the driver hit him with the car's side mirror and proceeded to load him into the taxi, bleeding, to force him to pay for the broken mirror.
