Briefly.co.za learned veteran actor Vusi Thanda made his debut on The Queen in January and he was instantly a hit with the shows fans.

It appears Thanda’s character, Mziwoxolo, might even be competition for the beloved uncle Brutus- and adding his funny comments make him even more of a threat.

Taking to social media, tweeps posted hilarious memes about the funny uncle, who is quickly becoming Mzansi’s favorite on The Queen.

“You guys Mziwoxolo(sp) is a fave him and Petronella, same WhatsApp group! #TheQueenMzansi”, one tweep wrote.

Black Twitter really did miss Thanda on their screens. The actor, who is most famously known for his role in Tshawe on Emzini Wezinsizwa.

Although many believe Mziwoxolo is competition for Brutus, others don’t see why they can’t love both uncles. In fact, they even want them to be besties.

“Who wants to see Mzoxolo and Brutus being bffs? The show would be #TheQueenMzansi”, one tweep wrote, while another commented, “Can already imagine them headed to e'butcher together?”.

We agree, there is more than enough space in our hearts for both uncles!
