South African singer, songwriter and television presenter, Nandi Madida had Tweeps all a-gush when she sent a super romantic message to her hubby on his birthday.
This celeb knows how to show love in style, and made sure her man knew just how much he means to her in the message.
Born in the rural town of Maphumulo and raised in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, Nandi began performing at four when she was cast as the lead ballerina in a show. Performing was clearly in her blood and she then went on to do modelling, winning numerous titles including Miss Junior RSA.
She also appeared on the SABC show Bling in 2004. She released her debut album Nandi in September 2012, which was followed up by her first music video, Goodtimes, in February 2013.
Married for a couple of years, Madida and her husband Zakes Bantwini share a blended family as Bantwini has children from a previous relationship and they now have a child together.
In the message, this special lady remarked how Bantwini’s happiness is all that matters to her and spoke of what is joy it is to be his wife.
It seems Madida has every right to ooze with pride for her husband. In another article called The ball is rolling: Zakes Bantwini about to achieve his goal of building a cancer hospital Briefly.co.za revealed that Zakes Bantwini had lost his mom to cancer and that he recalled how expensive cancer treatment was. He had resolved to build a cancer hospital to help others.
The musician said he has been fundraising for a while now and is currently negotiating with traditional leaders to get land for the hospital.
He said: This is something I have been passionate about for many years but the ball is rolling now. I will soon be registering my foundation and hopefully soon we can start building.
