Tweeps have declines ProVerb's resignation as the CEO of the non-existent organisation, 'Boyfriend Academy'.

The rapper's appointment followed Black Twitter dethroning Maps Maponyane as the CEO of Boyfriend Academy amid allegations that he cheated on his bae, Nomzamo Mbatha.

Social media users were devastated by the news of Maps and Nomzamo's breakup and they could not beleive their CEO would do something like that.

But, there was no time to mourn the breakup of the SA power couple. Boyfriend Academy could not have been without a boss for long. So, tweeps decided to appoint ProVerb, who is dating former Miss SA Liesl Laurie.

However, gathered ProVerb resigned from the Boyfriend Academy's CEO position in a Twitter post.

"As the newly appointed acting CEO of the Boyfriend Academy of South Africa (or whatever it's called) the first law I wish to pass is to challenge everyone to live their own lives. Now thank you for the honour but please accept my resignation with immediate effect. I refuse to live my life with your pressure and unrealistic expectations. I thank you. As you were.", he wrote.

However, tweeps were not impressed with his resignation and they shot it down immediately.
