We often think true only exists in movies or books, but one couple’s love story shows one can find your happily ever after in real life as well.
Sopha Rush and her husband, Anthony, have a love story that’s not very common in relationships this day and age- from placing God first to waiting until they got married.
Rush made a decision to stay pure until she tied the knot when she was still in primary school. The blogger explained she wanted to make a vow to God that she was going to save herself for marriage.
Although Anthony was not celibate, he practiced abstinence to respect his wife's decision to wait until their wedding day.
The love birds, both 26, were best friends for two years before they started dating in 2013 and in 2016 they said their vows.
“Right out of college, we had no money. I was just starting a new job, moved to a new state, & Anthony was still finishing up his last semester playing ball, his internship, & starting his masters program. Our plates were full. Yet somehow in the midst of everything, Anthony found time to ask me to spend forever with him. I mean I was over the moon excited.”, she captioned a photo.
On Monday, Rush and her hubby celebrated their two-year anniversary, and she could not be happier.
By just looking at her social media pages, it is clear she is head over heels in love with her husband. And, Briefly.co.za learned the couple was expecting a child together.
