In March, Dr Malinga announced that he and his wife were expecting their third child.
There was joy and happiness in the Malinga’s house this week when they celebrated the arrival of their precious new addition to the family, Lingas.
Even though this energetic and eccentric Lingas Entertainment Boss has two children at home, he was so proud and ecstatic to be a dad for the third time. The musician is upbeat in his abilities as a father.
Beaming from ear to ear, Malinga took to Instagram on Monday to show off and introduce his precious gift to the world.
It didn’t take long for this, over the moon father, to write a beautiful song in honour of his boy.
Dr Malinga sang a gospel song from a hospital room at Louis Pastuer Medical Centre in Pretoria. The song was recorded and after his fans had viewed it, they are pleading for him to release it.
Malinga expressed his intense excitement and joy over becoming a daddy for the third time.
"I'm excited and confident. I mean, he's my third so I know a little bit more. More importantly, I love my kids and their mother and this one will be surrounded by love."
An explanation was given to TshisaLIVE by Dr Malinga about the naming of the child.
Briefly.co.za leant that it was agreed between his wife and him, should the baby be a boy he would name him Lingas, if it turns out to be a girl, well then it would be left in his wife’s hands.
It was just over a month before the birth of Maslinga’s son, that the Kick Master launched his own brand of condoms – “Dr Malinga. Kick it safe”.
Dr Malinga is well known for his killer dance moves, as well as having a heart of gold. The big question is, will Linga take after his talented and loving father? We look forward to answering this question.
