Brilliant lecturer urges youth to end poverty and define their future

A young and brilliant lecturer has urged the youth to push boundaries, help end poverty, and define their future.

Mzwanele Ntshwanti is just 25 years old but already has a Masters degree in Economics, learned.

He is also a lecturer and researcher at the University of the Witwatersrand.

In an interview with City Press, Mzwanele revealed is passion for poverty eradication, declaring defiantly, "I hate poverty."

His fervent wish is that young people “really pushed themselves to eradicate poverty and define the future they want.”

Mzwanele has been active in student politics and served as Student Representative Council (SRC) president at Wits University in 2015.

He was vocal about issues of transformation and decolonisation of higher education in South Africa.
