A creative street performer has wowed thousands of South Africans on social media after a video showed him pulling an impressive stunt.

Sports presenter Robert Marawa shared the video on his Twitter account, Briefly.co.za learned.

In the video, it first appears as if two people, a man and a woman, are dancing on the street. However, it turns out that it's actually one person performing an optical illusion.

The performer's identity is unclear. However, the video has gone viral, garnering over 1,300 retweets and 2,900 likes so far.

Twitter users praised the man's creativity and talent. Others simply couldn't believe what they had just seen. See some of their reactions below.
