Excitement is in the air! Heavy K and Ntombi Nguse who have two children together, are making plans to tie the knot.
Heavy K was speaking to YFM saying he and Ntombi have been together over three years now and the sound of wedding bells will soon be ringing.
He said that they as a couple are doing fine. Ntombi is a vocalist and he is a producer so together they make a lot of music and a lot of babies.
Briefly.co.za learnt that he confirmed they are not married yet but he is presently paying lobola.
When Heavy K was asked what the fans could expect, he replied saying he wasn’t about to go over the top. He is looking for something that fits in with their persona which would be authentic and dope.
When he was asked if the ceremony would be broadcasted, he joking said, perhaps and then sold to the highest bidder.
"I could record the whole thing and send it to someone. Make some money out of it."
Heavy K was a little shy saying that they do not have a date as yet, but it will be soon. He said that Ntombi is speaking to wedding planners and making necessary arrangements.
Heavy K revealed earlier this year, just how he went about proposing. He took the opportunity when Ntombi wasn’t expecting it, and set everything up in their home studio.
Playing her a song, Heavy K got onto his knees and asked Ntombi to marry him. She was caught totally by surprise.
While all the wedding arrangements are been made, Heavy K told TshisaLIVE that he is working on new music.
He made it clear that he does not surrender to the pressure surrounding “releasing hits”. He pays the necessary attention to each and every song that is needed.
Heavy K is the type of person that when he is in his studio he gives it his all. He is aware that his is special due to the fact that his brand has become associated with hits.
He highlighted how much it means to him that he does not have to produce 'bubblegum' or music that is too commercial for his talents to be appreciated.
Good luck with the new music and wedding. We expect nothing less than fire from both.
