Azania Mosaka replaces Anele as the new host of Real Talk

- She filled in for Anele when she went on a break in the past and this was the moment which made her placement possible

It was a sad moment for Mzansi when the news broke that Anele Mdoda resigned as host of Real Talk. The blow was lightened when Azania Mosaka was confirmed as replacement host.

Anele’s replacement, Azania was announced by the SABC on Wednesday evening. Azania’s method of interviewing is of a chatty and relaxed atmosphere, reported Times Live.

Azania has the capability of facilitating meaningful and ingaging conversations. She acknowledges that she has done certain things that people might question like; "Are you out of your mind?" like daring to go from a graveyard slot to drive time. learnt that when Anele took a break, it was Azania that filled in for her. This makes Azania no stranger to the show, so it’s no surprise that the channel is entrusting her to be the new host. It was this experience that made Azania realise her love for TV.

Azania spoke of the unreal gift of being able to be the host of Real Talk. She said she aims to engage in talks that will encourage people to dream.

Her goal is to motivate young females and older women, whilst motivating viewers to chase their hopes and dreams.

Aisha Mohamed, SABC3’s Head of Boquet commented that they have great pleasure in welcoming the eloquent and elegant Azania to the SABC 3 family.

Aisha is confident that Azania’s spark will bring a lot to the show and create value. She also added that with Azania as the new host, Real Talk will reach new heights.

Viewers can witness Azania’s first episode on Monday 18 June. This will be an hour of appealing television and motivating conversations.

It will be broadcasted weekdays between 18:00 and 19:00 on SABC 3. We all look foward to what she has to bring.
