A very exclusive party was held in the basement space at Zone 6 in Johannesburg on Wednesday to celebrate the launch of rapper AKA's album Touch My Blood. During his welcome speech, DJ Zinhle surprised the crowd by walking in with their daughter, Kairo.
Though guests were a bit stunned by this, AKA took it in his stride and even got Kairo to sit with him while he performed a song dedicated to her.
DJ Zinhle has told the media that she and her baby daddy AKA are in a good space. Briefly.co.za gathers that the two have made their peace and are sharing the responsibility of parenthood without infighting.
According to TimesLIVE, #TouchMyBlood had a "secret" listening with mostly celebrities. AKA's mother was one of the VIPs and got to dance with her son at one stage.
The album officially launches on Friday, 15 June. The Mega has told TimesLIVE that it may be AKA's greatest album to date.
