Bizarre seems to be the order of the day at this particular World Cup, and Briefly.co.za recently reported how Russia was teaching train conductors how to smile ahead of the World Cup.
According to reports, people do not smile in Russia which gives visitors a wrong perception about the people of the Eastern European country. However, officials have conducted training to teach train conductors and others on how to smile to tourists showing them the psychological effect it will have on them.
