Douw Steyn is one of South Africa's self-made billionaires and his home is something that leaves many people dazed with its beauty and elegance.

Douw and his wife Carolyn recently gave South Africans a look inside their stunning home, also known as Palazzo Steyn.

Top Billing got to film and take photos in Steyn City and Palazzo Steyn and the video and pictures left South Africans with stars in their eyes.

Steyn City is a spectacular parkland residence. It connects Midrand, Broadacres, Lanseria and Fourways and is about 2000 acres big.

Palazzo Steyn is inside Steyn City and one hell of a home. Also, it is worth more than R240 million.

Wynand du Plessis - the architect behind this magical place - said he was asked to create a classical, grand country mansion.

The home was made with European style in mind. Italian style influences can be seen everywhere.

But, even though it is an impressive and huge mansion, it is still home to Douw and Carolyn. It's the place they can kick off their shoes and let down their hair.
