Moroka has always been fascinated by airplanes, when they flew overhead she would often wonder who was flying those amazing machines.
She began feeding her fascination for flying by researching everything she could get her hands on.
The aspiring pilot relocated from Seshego to Pretoria Wonderboom South where she enrolled at the Blue Chip Flight School (BCFS) to make her dream a reality.
The flight school follows a very detailed curriculum which includes practical and theoretical lessons from flight instructors and safety officers. Each student is given individual attention.
She learned about the school from an airline pilot she met while on a school trip in grade 12.
“I have always loved planes and I soon came to realise anyone who has a passion for flying can do the job even though it was deemed a male-dominated industry in the past. Despite the many dangers of flight being portrayed in the media, my passion was bulletproof and nothing intimidated me to pursue my career choice.”
