AKA had a bit of an emotion outburst over social media this past weekend. Some of us missed this, but it was real.

The famous South African rapper went on to attack Shane Eagles, stating that he made him. This was after Shane made a comment to AKA after he boasted about his new single turning to Gold status, reported Times Live.

When AKA announced on Twitter that his latest album Touch My Blood had apparently turned to Gold status, he went on a bit of an ego trip and decided to spread some ‘advice’.

Shane decided to fire back at this with sarcasm as he did not believe that AKA was in any position to act godly and preach to other artists as he did.

This status got AKA’s back up and well, it was all downhill from there. AKA held is breath for a moment, but he couldn’t keep it in and within minutes, he fired back. The social media outburst erupted.

In a, now removed comment, AKA put Shane in his place and reminded him that he made him and that he needs to watch his mouth, learnt Briefly.co.za.

AKA quickly realised that he let his emotions get the better of him and he set the bar straight with a series of heartfelt tweet in attempts to apologise for his out of character behaviour.

He then explained that he was just sick of being used and unappreciated and that his emotions got the better of him.

However, Shane was not entirely wrong. Mega has only been independent for a little over a year now, but there was no need to be so salty about it either.

At the end of the day, AKA did give him the break he needed and he should have shown a little more respect towards that.
