Teachers can sometimes be out of touch with what their students find trendy, but one has proven that this is not always the case.
The unidentified lady teacher appears in a viral video joining her students in a fun game — coming up with hilarious rap lines or jokes.
The video first shows one student saying, "I lend my homies my car, so call me car lender." Towards the end, the teacher jumps in and says, "Sit down. Be humble; call me Kendrick Lamar."
The teacher's clever and witty line plays on Kendrick Lamar's hit song, Humble. The students absolutely loved it and appeared surprised that she knew about the song.
A Twitter user, Hermaine M, shared the video on her profile recently, Briefly.co.za learned. It has gone viral, racking up over 6,800 retweets and almost 12,000 likes so far.
Hermaine's followers and other Twitter users also loved the teacher's cool punchline. See some of their reactions below.
