A case for Twitter investigators: Man begs tweeps to help him find his missing mom

A social media user called on the help of tweeps to help him find his mother, who allegedly disappeared 18-years-ago.

A tweep, who uses the social media handle @warh40, took to his page to ask South Africans to help him track down his mom.

He shared a photo of her ID, and captioned the post, “This is my mom, she went missing from 2001,it been 18 years since she left. We've tried even to send letters to khumbulekhaya but we don't get any help, all I'm asking is to please RT and like this as much as yall can, someone who can help might be in your TL.God bless you”.

He then added he had no idea where she could be, since he was still very young when she left.

“Guys i can't tell you where she could be at cause i was only 6 years when she left and she survived death so she had to ran away without telling anyone”, he wrote.

The man’s story touched the hearts of social media users, who vowed they would be on the lookout for his mom.

By looking at her ID photo, one man thinks he might have a lead on @warh40’s mom.
