- The actress is famous for her killer role on SABC 2’s Muvhango
Two years after her exit from her role on SABC 2’s Muvhango and taking a hiatus from the small screen, actress Mona Monyane is making a comeback. She will be joining popular SABC 1 soapie Skeem Saam as a Road Accident Fund consultant called Lindiwe Baloyi.
Mona confirmed the news with a post on her Instagram account.
“It is good to be back doing something different to something people usually know me from but it’s still early stages. It’s been two years since I was on a TV show set and it was exciting to return and flex that bone. I have a great nanny who helps me, so I thought it was the right time to return,” she told TshisaLIVE.
Briefly.co.za has also learned that Mona’s new role is a collaboration between the production and the accident fund. It will be a few more weeks until we see her debut appearance on the popular soapie and we can’t wait!
