Briefly.co.za has put together a quick recap for you:

During season 1 of the drama series, four women of prayer killed and buried Mancane, taking off with a large sum of money. In the final episode, the First Lady of the church, Funame, shot Detective Khoroane dead but suffered a bullet injury herself. Fumane later escaped from the hospital and Dora survived an attempted suicide. The ladies returned the stolen money in an effort to make peace with Bonanza, but they were not ready for the turn of events that took place. Raki, Mancane’s grieving mother and the pastor’s mistress claimed her place as the First Lady of the church after Fumane’s disappearance. She went on to shoot Bonanza and took all his money.
