South Africa welcomed the visit of the President of Ghana on Thursday with the customary 21-gun salutes performed by the South African National Defence Force.
President Akufo-Addo and his lovely wife were hosted by President Ramaphosa and his equally lovely wife.
The President of Ghana came on a State Visit and was treated with due honour and respect. The two couples got comfortable over a State Banquet.
While the two presidents were talking business, the first ladies stole the attention.
South Africans were impressed with how elegant the two first ladies looked.
The two graceful women spent their time getting to know each other and found time to visit the Tshwane District Hospital in Pretoria.
Briefly.co.za reported earlier that Ramaphosa and Akufo-Addo agreed that the only way for Africa to grow is for it to become independent of foreign aid.
To the Ghanaian president, Ramaphosa said his visit strengthens the relations between South Africa and Ghana.
The Bi-National Commission between Ghana and South Africa serves as proof of South Africa's commitment.
