Letoya Makhene’s post-preggy fitness plan to get her body back

Letoya Makhene is about that perfect post preggy body. Straight after giving birth to her son, Kopano, she got to it.

Letoya and Tshepo are just loving being parents. Their baby boy has brought so much love and joy into their lives.

Since she gave birth, Latoya has stated that she will get her banging body back, but in her own time, reported Times Live. She is in no rush and under no pressure, but she is also takes getting her body back seriously.

Letoya does not believe in nor does she fall victim to the pressure given to get her body back. She says that the pressure is unnecessary and that people need to respect what a women’s body goes through during pregnancy.

Briefly.co.za learnt that she is doing it her own way and as she feels fit. Even baby Kopano has been roped in on her workouts.

Even though she is taking it easy at times, she is putting in work and the results are showing. From training hard to healthy eating, she is giving it her best.
