Social media users threw some serious shade at SA president Cyril Ramaphosa over his brocation with his brothers-in-law to the Middle East.
Black Twitter saw pics of Ramaphosa and his brothers -in-law, Patrice Motsepe and Jeff Radebe, in the Middle East and they have questions.
According to tweeps, the Ramaphosa getting away with much more than what would have been tolerated by his predecessor, Jacob Zuma.
Tumelo Mapaa took to Twitter to share her opinion on Ramaphosa’s little family trip with Motsepe and Radebe.
“Imagine waking to the news that Jacob Zuma flew to the middle east along with his two brothers in law, one is the minister of energy, another owns mines that provide "energy - to sign off a $20billion oil deal that will ultimately benefit the 3 brothers,” she captioned the post.
And, she is not the only one who has concerns over the family trip, some tweeps believe Ramaphosa and his relatives are fooling South Africans.
One tweep went on to remind Black Twitter that Zuma did take trips with his ‘brothers’ and sons to Dubai.
As Briefly.co.za reported over the weekend, Ramaphosa and his brothers-in-law were spotted together on his trip to Saudi Arabia, where he procured a billion-dollar investment deal.
However, people were questioning why Motsepe and his business delegation were spotted alongside the president's entourage.
The photos caused a great deal of debate within the ANC which has had the members of the organisation questioning if there may be a conflict of interest.
