A man, who hails from Diepsloot in Gauteng, has admitted he rapes women with the intent of giving them HIV.
In a BBC Africa Eye documentary titled My Neighbour The Rapist, a South African man admitted he intentionally sexually assaulted women, with the aim of spreading HIV because he refuses to die alone.
The Daily Sun reported the man, who is only known as David to protect his identity, admitted he has thus far raped several women, with the number of victims being between 21 and 24 ladies.
Briefly.co.za learned David is well aware of his positive HIV status, and he decided to spread the disease because he did not want to die alone- so, he does not use protection when he assaults his victims.
David went on to tell crime reporter Golden Mtika, who was also his childhood friend, that he could not go more than three days without having intercourse, because he was a powerful guy.
His evil ways almost landed him in hot water once, which led to Mtika having to save him from mob justice.
David proudly admitted people in his community were afraid of him. According to the serial rapist, he was sexually assaulted by policemen when he was 14 or 15 years-old.
