- AKA wants to quit Insta as he feels it puts too much pressure on youth with unrealistic expectations
- He blames celebs, including himself, for setting these unrealistic expectations
- Taking to twitter to express his views, fans had other things to say on the matter
South Africa’s main man, AKA, is feeling the heat. He recently took to social media to express the pressures of it, and this is not the first time that he has expressed stress lately.
AKA feels that social media is putting too much pressure on people, especially young men and woman. He feels that it is pressurising them to live up to expectations that they may not be able to.
Briefly.co.za learnt that he also feels that celebs, including himself, are to blame. Flashing their material items on social media is leaving a bad impressing for youth, so AKA believes.
Taking to twitter, he expressed that he is thinking of deleting his Instagram account. He feels that the plat form makes people want for things that they don’t actually need and that it is creating a false reflecting of people’s lives and societal expectations.
Some fans are truly supportive and respect him for taking accountability and doing his part to save the youth and stop unrealistic expectations. They feel that Instagram is not the best and that Twitter is better and less flashy.
While others think it is a big joke and that he is taking it a little too seriously.
