Gone in 30 seconds: Does this video show SA's fastest hijack ever?

Hijackings in South Africa are nothing new, but it seems criminals are becoming better and faster with every hijack

A video was shared on social media showing a ridiculously fast hijack take place in a matter of seconds.

The video shows how a bakkie pulled in front of a car at a traffic light and a group of men quickly stormed the car. In just seconds they had the driver out of the car and was speeding off after the bakkie.

The scared driver can be seen running away from the scene to the other side of the road.

It is scary to think that in a matter of seconds the criminals managed to drive off with what could possibly be the victim's most valuable possession.

Fortunately, no one was harmed during this specific hijack incident.
