- One tweep is proud of how far he has come
- He tweeted a conversation discussing his rise to success
- His story reminds us all that we should never give up despite how bleak things may look
Truly inspiring! One tweeps posted a narrative about the struggles he face in life, and how he has finally made it through, and is the director of his own company.
The tweet comprises a series of Whatsapp messages and is a conversation between him and another person. In the message the person is congratulating him on all he has achieved, and reminding him of how far he has come.
The person conversing with him even reminded him of teachers who said he would amount to nothing, and then reminded him of just how he has proven them wrong, and of how far he has come.
South Africans are tenacious by nature, and determined to succeed despite what life throws at them. In another article Briefly.co.za featured another success story when a school drop-out became a successful farmer and looked at how Mhlonipheni Zulu changed his community
His farm is not only about making a profit for himself- it is about empowering an entire community. Since he started farming, Zulu gave jobs to nine permanent workers from struggling families in his local community.
He also plans on adding six more jobs once the maize and bean harvesting season starts. During harvesting season in the past, Zulu used 300 workers but it was cut down to 40 when he introduced farming machinery.
