A Facebook user has paid tribute to a hardworking woman who braved the cold winter weather to go about her sewing business.
Michelle Stoltz posted several photos of Lizzy, a woman from Ghana, who runs a sewing on the corner of Steve Biko and Edmund Streets, Pretoria.
Lizzy also sells snacks, Briefly.co.za learned. Despite the cold weather, she appeared cheerful and happily accepted Michelle's request to take pictures of her.
Michelle's Facebook friends and other users joined her in praising Lizzy for her hard work and determination.
The post has received close to 10,000 likes and 5,500 shares so far. Many commenters commended Lizzy's entrepreneurial spirit. See some of their reactions below.
